  • Longevity depends on environment, handling, and conditions

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that all balloon products are custom and perishable. Once your order is fulfilled (picked up or delivered), Immaculate Concepts LLC is not responsible for any damage, popping, deflation, or environmental impact, including but not limited to heat, cold, wind, rain, or improper handling.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS (STRICT POLICY)

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by Immaculate Concepts LLC.

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • No cancellations once an order is accepted

  • No refunds or exchanges under any circumstances

  • No changes within 48 hours of scheduled pickup/delivery
