Please read the following guidelines carefully before placing your order to ensure the highest possible print quality.

You no longer need to email your image before placing your order.
Please make sure you upload the correct file before adding the item to your cart. The uploaded artwork will be attached to your order for production.
IMAGE REQUIREMENTS
For the best print quality, please submit artwork that meets the following recommendations:
Resolution:
300 DPI is recommended for the clearest, highest-quality print.
Background:
For designs that should not have a background, please upload an image with a true transparent background. White or colored backgrounds that are part of the uploaded image may print on the finished product.
File Format:
PNG is highly recommended, especially for designs requiring transparency. JPG, JPEG, and PDF files may also be accepted when appropriate.
Image Quality:
Please upload the highest-quality original image available. Screenshots, blurry images, heavily compressed files, or low-resolution images may result in reduced print quality.
IMPORTANT
Your image will be printed based on the file you provide. Please review your artwork carefully before submitting your order.
If we identify an issue that may significantly affect the quality of your finished product, we may contact you before production.
PRINTING LIMITATIONS
We do not offer seam-to-seam or all-over printing (AOP) through this product.
A sublimation garment that is completely printed from edge to edge is considered an All-Over Print (AOP) or Fully Sublimated garment and requires a different production process.
